Which shipping companies do you work with?
All our products are shipped by Aras Kargo and HepsiJet.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will be delivered within one business day after shipping to Istanbul and nearby provinces, and within two business days for more distant provinces. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
Can I make a return or exchange?
You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. It is important that the product to be returned remains re-saleable and is packaged as it was received.
How do I ship my return order to you?
You can create a return request by logging into your account. Instructions for shipping the products back to us will be sent to you.
When will I receive my refund?
After the product you have returned reaches us, it will be inspected by the review team, and once approved, your refund will be made through your bank's online payment system, in accordance with your payment method to the card you used, and the refund will be reflected in your account within 2-3 business days.

Siparişim ne zaman elime ulaşır?
Siparişiniz İstanbul ve yakın illere kargoya verildikten sonraki ilk iş günü, daha uzaktaki illere 2 iş günü içinde teslim edilir. Kargo firması kaynaklı gecikmelerden işletmemiz sorumlu değildir.
İade ve değişim yapabilir miyim?
Ürünü teslim alındığı tarihten itibaren 14 gün içerisinde iade edebilirsiniz. İade olarak gönderilecek ürünün yeniden satılabilir özelliğini kaybetmemesi ve ulaştığı gibi paketlenmesi önemlidir.
İade siparişimi size nasıl kargolayabilirim?
Hesabınıza giriş yaparak iade talebi oluşturabilirsiniz. Ürünleri bize kargolamanız için talimatlar size iletilecektir.
Para iadem ne zaman gerçekleşir?
İade etmiş olduğunuz ürün tarafımıza ulaştıktan sonra inceleme ekibi tarafından incelenecek ve onaylandıktan sonra ücretiniz, kullandığınız karta ödeme türünüze uygun olarak, bankanızın online ödeme sistemi üzerinden yapılacak ve ücret iadesi 2-3 iş günü içerisinde hesabınıza yansıtılacaktır.

Our products are formulated without alcohol and parabens.
Are your products vegan and are they tested on animals?
Our products are PETA Certified. They are made with vegan ingredients. They do not contain any animal-derived components and are formulated entirely with chemical and plant-based substances. No animal testing was performed during the production process, thus demonstrating an ethical approach. As the Wiwify brand, we operate under the belief that all living beings deserve the best living conditions, and in line with our sustainability plan, we continuously develop our product formulations, packaging, and production processes. In this way, we both enhance the quality of our products and build a brand identity that is sensitive to the environment and living beings.
What age range are your products suitable for?
All our products are developed for your skin problems, not biological age, and you can start your skincare routine with products suitable for your skin concerns and skin type.
