Which shipping companies do you work with?
All our products are shipped by Aras Kargo and HepsiJet.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will be delivered within one business day after shipping to Istanbul and nearby provinces, and within two business days for more distant provinces. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
Can I make a return or exchange?
You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. It is important that the product to be returned remains re-saleable and is packaged as it was received.
How do I ship my return order to you?
You can create a return request by logging into your account. Instructions for shipping the products back to us will be sent to you.
When will I receive my refund?
After the product you have returned reaches us, it will be inspected by the review team, and once approved, your refund will be made through your bank's online payment system, in accordance with your payment method to the card you used, and the refund will be reflected in your account within 2-3 business days.
Can I order from abroad?
You can place your international orders through our website, which is suitable for your region.

Our products are formulated without alcohol and parabens.
Are your products vegan and are they tested on animals?
Our products are PETA Certified. They are made with vegan ingredients. They do not contain any animal-derived components and are formulated entirely with chemical and plant-based substances. No animal testing was performed during the production process, thus demonstrating an ethical approach.
