Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the tags attached. You will also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, and we do not accept returns with postage due. Products returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and fix the issue.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
